9.7. Features of repair of the five-speed transmission

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

To facilitate removal and the subsequent installation of the elastic coupling, densely we wind it with an adhesive tape.

Having turned off two keys "on 19" three nuts and having removed three bolts, we remove the coupling.

We remove a flange of the elastic coupling, a transmission support, the speedometer drive (see Replacement of the transmission).

Key "on 10" we turn off three nuts of fastening of a spherical support of the lever of gear shifting and...

... we remove the lever from hairpins of a back cover of the transmission.

Key "on 27" we unscrew the switch of lamps of light of a backing and...

... we remove it.

We remove the lower cover of the transmission (see Repair of the transmission) and...

... a key "on 13" we turn off a nut of fastening of a back cover to a transmission case.

We turn off the remained nuts of fastening of a back cover to a transmission case (see Repair of the transmission).

Screw-driver utaplivay rod of inclusion of a backing and V transfer.

We remove a back cover of the transmission.

We remove the back bearing of a secondary shaft and...

... its internal ring.

We remove the leading gear wheel of the drive of a speedometer with a clamp – a metal ball and...

Key "on 10" we turn off a bolt of fastening of a fork of inclusion of I and II transfers.

By the screw-driver it is included the II transfer.

Head "on 17" we turn off a bolt of fastening of the block of gear wheels.

We remove a bolt of fastening of the block of gear wheels.

We take out the block of gear wheels of the V transfer and backing.

We remove a remote washer.

Key "on 13" to otvorachiva two bolts of fastening of a cover of clamps and, having removed it...

… we take three springs and three balls of clamps.

We remove the plug of a gear wheel of the V transfer.

We remove a gear wheel of the V transfer assembled with the synchronizer.

Having raised a rod, we remove the coupling of the synchronizer V of transfer and...

... intermediate gear wheel of a backing.

We remove a rod of inclusion of the V transfer and a backing with a fork.

We remove a transfer synchronizer V coupling nave.

We conduct further dismantling of the transmission in the order described above.
Assembly of the V step, transfer of a backing and the mechanism of the choice of transfers is carried out to the sequences, the return dismantling, taking into account the following. An axis of an intermediate gear wheel of a backing you fix before installation of shaft in a transmission case m 78 N.' moment (8 кгс.м). Before installation of a rod of a fork of inclusion of the fifth transfer and backing to a case put on it the remote plug. An internal ring of the bearing to a napressovyvayta on the block of gear wheels of the V transfer and backing, and external – in a nest of a back cover. The back bearing of a secondary shaft to a napressovyvayta on a shaft for simplification of installation of a back cover. Establish an intermediate gear wheel of a backing, the conducted gear wheel of the V transfer and its fork at the same time. Tighten a bolt of fastening of the block of gear wheels m 78 N.' moment (8 кгс.м).
At five-speed transmissions since 1992 the washer on secondary to a shaft is not established and the configuration of a secondary shaft and a nave of the coupling of the synchronizer V of transfer is changed. On secondary to a shaft diameter under a nave was 28, there were 25 mm; width of a landing part of a nave became more and landing diameter is reduced from 28 to 25 mm.
The specified details are not interchanged with earlier being issued therefore at repair of the transmission of a "old" design follow the following rules:
if the washer changes, then the secondary shaft and a nave are put a "old" design;
if instead of a secondary shaft or a nave the details of the same name of Novaya Gazeta of a konstrution are established, then they should be changed completely, that is when replacing a nave also the secondary shaft and vice versa is replaced. In this case the washer is not established.
