Adjustment of the drive of coupling consists in providing gaps between a pusher and the piston of the main cylinder and between the bearing of switching off of coupling and a frictional ring of a persistent flange. The gap between a pusher and the piston of the main cylinder has to make 0,1–0,5 mm that corresponds to a free wheeling of a pedal of coupling of 0,4-2 mm. This gap is regulated by the restrictive screw of the course of a pedal. The gap (2 mm) between the bearing of switching off of coupling and a frictional ring of a persistent flange is determined by the size of a free wheeling (4–5 mm) of a pusher of the working cylinder. It is possible to check this gap on a viewing ditch or the elevator as follows.

We press a coupling switching off fork, resting a finger against a pusher of the working cylinder. Movement of a fork concerning a pusher has to be 4–5 mm. |

... and, holding a pusher a key "on 8", we regulate its free wheeling rotation of an adjusting nut. |
After performance of all adjustments the free wheeling of a pedal of coupling prior to switching off of coupling has to make 25–35 mm. |
