5.5.4. Dismantling and repair of the case of the carburetor

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

We remove a returnable spring.

The crosswise screw-driver we unscrew the screw of fastening of the trekhplechy lever …

… and, holding it, we remove an arm of fastening of a spring.

We remove the lever together with draft.

We remove a lever spring.

We unscrew two screws of fastening of the case of butterfly valves...

... also we remove it.

We remove heat-insulating laying.

We unscrew the valve of the accelerating pump.

We remove a spray with the valve and sealing laying from soft metal.

We wash out them in acetone and we blow compressed air.

We turn off air jets.

We take emulsion tubes of the main dosing system from channels. If they do not drop out of channels, we roll a tap of M4 in their openings and we take out.

We turn off the main fuel jets.

We unscrew the case of a fuel jet of transitional system.

We take out a fuel jet from the case.

We unscrew the adjusting screw of the accelerating pump.

By the crosswise screw-driver it is turned off four screws of fastening of a cover of the accelerating pump.

We uncover, a diaphragm and we take out a spring.

Having turned the case, the screw-driver handle carefully we beat out diffusers …

… also we take out them up.

Except laying, we wash out jets, emulsion tubes and other removed details in acetone and we blow compressed air.

Ruler on a gleam we check the case basis for a curvature.

The basis has to be flat. If the plane curvature is revealed, we take out transitional tubes for what we select drills of slightly smaller diameter, than their openings. We insert a drill into a tube. That it entered densely, it is possible to reel up a fine-grained grinding skin on it.

Passatizhami is taken out tubes.

If deformation is small (a gap no more than a millimeter), we level the basis, squeezing the case in sponges of a powerful vice. Not to damage the top surface of the carburetor, under sponges we enclose the sheet of plywood or wooden whetstone. Previously we prepare strongly deformed surface, easily striking with a wooden kiyanka folded corners of the basis. It is necessary to do it accurately as it is possible to break away easily a piece from the case. After rough editing by a wide velvet file we level a surface. At the same time we hold a file parallel to the basis plane, without "filling up" at edges. Constantly we control process, putting a ruler to a surface.
Before assembly we wash out the case in acetone and we blow all channels (openings) compressed air. We assemble the carburetor case as it should be, the return to dismantling.
