3.7. Replacement of laying of inlet and final collectors

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Work is performed on the cold engine.
We merge cooling liquid (see Replacement of cooling liquid).
We remove the carburetor (see Replacement of the carburetor).

We weaken a collar of fastening and we remove a hose of removal of cooling liquid from an inlet collector...

... we remove a hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.

Key "on 13" we turn off four copperplated nuts of fastening of a reception pipe to a final collector.

Key "on 13" we turn off a bolt of fastening of a reception pipe to the transmission and we lower a reception pipe against the stop (see Replacement of details of system of release).

Head "on 13" we turn off a nut …

... also we remove from a hairpin "minus" a wire and an eye.

Previously having removed a hose from an air inlet of warm air, a key "on 13" we turn off lower...

... and top nuts of fastening of an air inlet.

We remove an air inlet.

We remove from the taking-away pipe a hose of removal of cooling liquid from a heater radiator.

Key "on 13" we turn off the second top nut of fastening...

... and a key "on 10" a bolt of the lower fastening of the heat-shielding screen of a starter, also we remove it (see Replacement of a starter).

Key "on 10" we turn off two nuts of fastening of a pipe to the pump of cooling liquid...

… also we remove it. Between a pipe and the pump sealing laying is established.

Head "on 13" we turn off seven nuts of fastening of a collector...

... also we remove inlet...

... and final collectors.

We remove two laying from hairpins.

We establish collectors in the return sequence, having replaced laying with new and having greased a carving of hairpins with graphitic lubricant. A reception pipe of the muffler we fix to a collector new brass nuts.
