The sensor distributor of ignition four-spark, with the contactless sensor of the operating impulses both built-in vacuum and centrifugal ignition advancing regulators.

The sensor distributor of ignition transmits the operating signals to the switchboard, setting the sparking moment, and distributes impulses of a high-tension current on spark plugs.

The sensor is installed in a forward part of the block of cylinders on the left side.

The case of the sensor distributor is cast from aluminum alloy. In a shaft of the case two bearings of sliding in which the roller rotates are pressed. On the roller the screen is fixed. At rotation of the roller teeth of the screen pass through a cut of the contactless sensor, creating the operating impulses in an electric chain of the sensor. In the top part of the roller the centrifugal regulator on which basic plate the rotor (runner) is fixed is mounted. At rotation of the roller small weights of the centrifugal regulator under the influence of centrifugal forces disperse, turning the screen on a certain corner in the direction of rotation of the roller. The operating impulses are created with an advancing which the is more, than quicker rotation. The angle of rotation is limited to groove size in a basic plate of the centrifugal regulator.

The basic plate of the contactless sensor is established on the ball-bearing which allows it to turn around a roller axis. The plate is connected by draft to a diaphragm of the vacuum regulator of an advancing of ignition. The depression (brought on a hose from zadrosselny space of the carburetor) affects a diaphragm of the vacuum regulator, and draft turns a basic plate together with the sensor concerning the screen, providing thereby the optimum moment of ignition depending on engine loading.

From above the case of the sensor distributor is closed by a cover with nests for wires of high voltage. From the inside of a cover in its central electrode the sprung piece of coal is built in. The rotor with a contact plate (runner) distributes a high-tension current on spark plugs according to an operating procedure of cylinders (1 – 3 – 4 – 2). The roller of the sensor distributor of ignition rotates clockwise at the top view.

The distributor 30.3706 and the sensor distributor 38.3706 are identical on seats and a way of fastening on the engine, and their covers and rotors (runners) are interchanged.
