16.10.1. Replacement of a starter


Key "on 10" we turn off a bolt of the lower fastening of a heat-shielding guard of a starter (it is located in a hard-to-reach spot)...

... also we take out it.

We remove a hose from a zabornik of warm air and a key "on 13" we turn off at first one nut of the top fastening of a guard, and then the second (the nut is under an air inlet).

We remove a guard.

Key "on 13" we turn off two top bolts of fastening of a starter to a coupling case...

... and from below the car a head "on 13" we turn off the lower bolt of fastening.

Having shifted a starter forward, we disconnect a block from a conclusion of the traction relay (for descriptive reasons the hose of the cooling system is removed).

Key "on 13" we turn off a nut of fastening of the wire connecting the traction relay of a starter to a conclusion "" the rechargeable battery.

We take out a starter between a reception pipe and a case of coupling up.

The new starter is established as it should be, the return to removal. Connecting wires, we are convinced of reliable connection of a block of power supply of the traction relay since on the established starter to connect the wire which came off a conclusion very difficult.
